About Us

Founded in August 1995, we are proudly a 100% volunteer staffed organization.

We provide neighbours of our community struggling to feed themselves and their families with a food supplement.

Annually we provide thousands of meals with our "Pick-What-You-Will-Eat" grocery store style food hampers.

The Melville & District Food Bank is a registered non-profit with the Canadian Revenue Agency. Charitable Number 896384351.

All cash donations to the Melville & District Food Bank are 100% Tax Deductible.
