If you are in need of food, please complete the form below for each food request/visit. Completing the form ensures we will have a food supplement prepared and ready for you to pickup. We prioritize assisting households located in Melville, Ituna, Hubbard, Balcares, Esterhazy, etc.

Households located closer to Yorkton, Regina and Saskatoon should seek assistance from their nearest food bank.

We are located at 176 2nd Ave East in Melville, SK. Our regular operating hours are:

Monday; 12:30pm-3:30pm
Wednesday; 5pm-8pm
Thursday; 12:30pm-3:30pm
Closed some holidays (call ahead to double check)
